So this issue has been resolve. Issue was with proton VPN and a tech from protonvpn had to fix my auth credential.

so its not working because when i check when bitorrent is not getting any connection but it shows healthy on portainer.But Gluetun is showing unhealthy andthat when i checked Gluetun logs and it gave me those credential error. So i triple checked my OpenVPN credentials and it works and i also crossed checked it with manual OpenVPN login instructed per protonVPN site.
