I've opened a thread (https://discourse.linuxserver.io/t/docker-plex-image-doesnt-come-through/10550/2) over at linuxserver and they confirmed that the image was in fact up to date. So the issue apparently is not on their end. At this point I'm not sure if there is anything else that can be checked....

I don't suppose the 'media service' attribute needs to change right? Or is it perhaps due to the network mode which is not compatible with watchtower?
