good morning, ok i have entered the openvpn/IKE credentials manually, verified and reverified its correct and checked the logs again and i still get the message that my credentials auth failed. part of the instructions take me to a github page with qluetun-wiki/setup/providers/protovpn.md
am i meant to enter that code somewhere in the command line?
i was going to post this on reddit so as not to take up all your time holding my hand but figured you would most likely answer it over there anyway and at least this was it will help the next noob like me and save you having to repeat yourself to infinity.
thank you

I'm assuming you added the credentials in the install process, right? Check your .env
file to verify everything was set correctly. Your .env
file is located in /your/install/location/.env
. Even if you don't see it is there, it's a hidden file (In Linux, every file that starts with a .
is hidden).
Check that file first and see if the credentials are correct.
Cheers!
Roger.

If you are confident the username/password are correct, you'll need to go trough ProtonVPN's support
