Issues Setting up SABnzbd and Radarr

Hello!

I posted a while back, just wanted you to know that the /dev/tuns thing was indeed sorted by fully reinstalling Debian 12!

Anyways, I have my own internet, so took another crack at it, but am now stuck.

  1. When setting up SABnzbd following your guide, I was not able to set my temporary/completed download folders right away. The folders simply didn't exist (/data/downloads/usenet/(in)complete). I manually made them in my /srv/media folder using mkdir, and then set it in SABnzbd to the aforementioned paths. First question is just wondering did I mess something up here? I am not entirely sure how /srv/media is related to /data/ with the docker magic, and if this not existing to begin with is indicative of a larger problem.

  2. I am at the Radarr setup, and testing my SABnzbd download client fails, because it says "Category does not exist" (movies) when I try. When I follow the tooltip, I come here and see this:

I was wondering if you had any thoughts. Thanks!

Hey @aarwannabe!

Make sure you saved everything in SABnzbd and restart YAMS for good measure. The directories thing is not weird, sometimes the services create directories and sometimes they don't, and you fixed it correctly

Cheers!

Roger.

Restart didn't work, so I just continued the trend of making all the /movies, /tv folders.

Everything works! I am extremely useless and not sure how to STOP downloads once they've started, as I accidentally started downloading WAY too much, but hey, I'll sort it out.

This is extremely slick, and I am so thankful you made YAMS, I barely managed even WITH a great guide. Thanks so much for everything!
