Restore Sonarr From Backup

getting this error when going to sonarr via the browser
I've narrowed down it to being a bad quality profile. What seems to be the only way to fix this is to restore from a sonarr backup since I cant access the UI to delete the quality profile.
I see where the backup is stored in /opt/yams/config/sonarr/Backups/scheduled in the .zip file but unsure how to go about restoring
I just want to make sure theres nothing special I need to do with the install being through yams
