sonarr and radarr files still in completed folder

Hi, i am totally new - not only to yams but also to sonarr and radarr. I installed it according to the guide with sabnzbd and qbittorrent. I added some movies and shows, and it downloads to the completed folder as specified.

But a lot of files are still there and never picked up by radarr or sonarr. With most movies it works, but there are still plenty files with mkv hanging in the completed folder /downloads/usenet/complete/

What is wrong please?

Check your activity queue in Sonarr/Radarr and see why they weren't picked up.
