Stuck on Setup Step 3

I’m trying to set up YAMS on my Windows 10 machine, but I’ve run into a problem during installation. Everything goes fine until Step 3 of the setup wizard, where it checks for Java. It keeps saying “Java not found,” even though I’ve already installed the latest version of Java.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
Installed Java (version 8 update 391)
Restarted my computer
Checked that java works in Command Prompt (java -version shows correctly)
Tried running YAMS as administrator
Still no luck. 
Is there something I’m missing? Do I need to set a specific environment variable or reinstall YAMS?
