Possible to remove jellyfin (and other containers?)

Hi I would like to run jellyfin in a separate container/server as I run the arr-stack behind a vpn in a seperate lxc. I was wondering if is possible to omit jellyfin (and qbittorrent - I am using rdtclient) from future updates?

Just don't run yams update. By design it will overwrite everything. Either way, that command is not being used anymore and it's going to be deprecated in a future release.
Also, don't worry about updating the docker containers, Watchtower takes care of that.
