opensubtitles.org requires VIP

Just posting this incase someone hasn't noticed that you need a VIP account for opensubtitles.org.
suggest using opensubtitles.com, maybe include this in the tutorial @rogs

Anyways, I don't think we need to be specific with something that's very clear on the provider configuration.
