Downloads not starting.

Hi all!

First of all thanks for your work! It is awesome that somebody put together all of this tools.

I followed the tutorial, and actually as following the example Radarr works like a charm. In the case of Radarr, I tried several tvshows and after adding them, nothing happens. They keep in grey status, monitored, but it does not trigger the qbitorrent to start downloading. Any clues on why this is happening?

Thanks in advance!

Hey @breotone!

Do you have trackers for TV shows added to Prowlarr? Try using the manual search in Sonarr and see if you get any results. You might need to tweak the type of files you are looking for.

Cheers!

Roger.

Hi @rogs !

I did added EZTV as recommended in the tutorial, and now for testing, just added a couple of more trackers supported by prowlarr, with no luck. The TVshows are being founded in the tracker, and thus added to sonarr and being monitored. The subtitles are downloaded as well, it just does not send the files to be downloaded to the qbittorrent. Just trippled check the config and it seems to be the same as in the tutorial.

Radarr is working fine with the same settings.

I appreciate your comment! Thanks again!

Are you sure it's picking up the files? Did you check if the profiles are correct?

Some things you can check:

  • Go to your Indexer Settings and confirm the indexers are there. The URL is /settings/indexers.

  • Go to your Download Client settings and confirm qBittorrent is there. The URL is settings/downloadclients.

  • Check your Quality Settings and make sure the files you are looking for fall between the range you have set. The URL is /settings/quality

  • Do a manual search for one of your TV shows and check if it has :!: icons. If it has, hover over it and read why it's not picking up that particular release.
    An example:
    Manual search:
