[Solved] Issue with Gluetun connection via OpenVPN

I am having issues with Gluetun connecting with OpenVPN via ProtonVPN. I have check connection and credentials they both are correct. My VPN connects to the internet but having Issues with Gluetun connection. Please help me out! Thank you!!

I think the error is pretty clear.

Your credentials might be wrong

Did you read the documentation for your VPN? The installer instructed you to do so.

So i triple checked my OpenVPN credentials and it works and i also crossed checked it with manual OpenVPN login instructed per protonVPN site.

So is it working or not? The logs you sent appear to be working fine, and YAMS uses exactly the same container and configurations you sent. Sorry, but I don't seem to understand what problem you are having.

so its not working because when i check when bitorrent is not getting any connection but it shows healthy on portainer.But Gluetun is showing unhealthy andthat when i checked Gluetun logs and it gave me those credential error. When i check VPNs connection via YAMS check-vpn, It shows IP dress for VPN but no IP address for bittorrent.

Are you sure your credentials are correct on the env file?

Check your .env file in your install location. The file is hidden by default (in Linux, all files that start with . are hidden). Verify that your VPN credentials are correct and escaped correctly if needed

So this issue has been resolve. Issue was with proton VPN and a tech from protonvpn had to fix my auth credential.
